The platform brings together venues, accommodation and congress service suppliers in Varna, so that organisers can find them and send them requests.
Who it is for
Venues and hotels with meeting capacity, professional congress organisers, destination management companies, equipment, interpreting, catering, transport and decor.
What you get
- A profile with your services and contact details.
- Requests from event organisers.
- A reply in a standard form that the organiser compares side by side with the other replies.
What you will need
- A description of your services and your company's contact details.
- For venues: capacity for each layout separately (theatre, classroom, banquet, U-shape, boardroom, cocktail, exhibition, cabaret) and where the figure comes from.
- Readiness to reply to requests on time.
- A check of your data at least once a year. A record not checked for over 12 months is marked "to be confirmed".
Rules
No paid visibility, no ordering for payment and no commission on bookings. The platform does not rank participants.
When
Supplier profiles will be managed in a partner portal planned for a later stage. For now there is no registration here and the platform collects no data.
